1. Why can our shoes be so much cheaper than the official website?

6. Why hasn't the logistics information of my order been updated after a week since it was shipped?

This is because our U.S. store can not always have a certain style of shoes you want a certain size, you also know that we have several styles of shoes, and each style of size is also very much. If you encounter such a situation, we will coordinate with our warehouse in Europe, Switzerland, to find the style and size of shoes you need, and after we find them, we will ship them to you from the warehouse in Europe. Once the parcel of your order passes through the U.S. customs, you will receive the updated logistics information from USPS.
